Barku has been producing high-quality plastic parts for 40 years. Precision parts using injection molding technology as well as profiles and pipes using extrusion processes are manufactured quickly and reliably.
The range of services extends from development and part and mold design to production. A high degree of flexibility and a great deal of know-how enable constant orientation towards the wishes and needs of the customers.
Injection Molding
Products in all common materials (PP, PE, PS, PVC, POM, ABS…) are manufactured in small, medium and large series on more than 50 injection molding machines with tonnage ranges from 32 to1100 tons under strict ISO quality standards. Furthermore, complex products can be produced in one operation using 2-component and insert technology.
Barku Plastics has partnerships with mold builders on three continents.
Profile Extrusion
Pipes and standard or special profiles made of PVC, PU, PE and PA are manufactured on more than 10 extrusion lines. Diameters of up to 6″ and profile widths of up to 39 3/8″ can be realized. The extrusion machines used guarantee excellent surface quality and consistent dimensions. Using a special co-extrusion process, different raw materials can be processed in one operation, for example into semi-flexible foldable tubes.
Through professional planning, constant renewal and expansion of the machine park as well as continuous training and further education of the BARKU employees, the production processes are constantly optimized and quality and adherence to schedules are ensured.
